You need to make sure all the snapins are removed before you install 2.2000 this includes the system center console. If these are present when you do the install it will fail.
Also make sure you reboot after you uninstall the snapins

Two thing might be wrong, first symantec warns that installing via terminal services can cause issues witht he PKI file so they don't recommend it. Second I had this problem with V10, for some reason it thinks you have two primary servers running. I still don't have a fix for it but it does not...
After the auto update from microsoft on both of my win2000 servers the network connections service is slow to start or respond when ever the server is restarted. The event log is showing 3 errors as this occurs
1. DCOM the netman service is not respond to the start command in a timely manner...
This is working great just one problem however when my laptop users are out of the office the link does not work as they don't have a network connection.
This represents a small group of people so I will use the xcopy to place the global.dot file on those machines. And links for everyone else...
All these are great ideas and I would like to use the Link that rschaaf talks about however this is new area for me and I am not sure how to create the link or set it up.

Up till recently our company shared its macros and autotext by storing them in a normal.dot file and place the file in network folder. Each computer was setup so that when a user opened word it would use the normal on the network. I work really well on person could make changes to a single file...
Thanks Everyone Turned out the recieving end had some sort of service that saw stopping our email and generating the message. Took some time on the phone but they figured it our.

Sorry but I am a bit lost, My contestID and PhotoID are autonumber feilds in my existing table can't I just create a relations ship between them and do the same thing?
