Reboot the remote system and the main system with a minute in between. check your VoIP Lines and make sure Voice Networking is set to yes assuming this is an SCN. can you ping from side to side? do you have any errors in Manager?
If a second message is left within 15 seconds of the first, the second one will not alert, copy or forward the message to email. of course it is in the mailbox. 412 with 3.069 and Exchange 2003 using SMTP for email push from VMPro. this is the case for all users. have done reboots also...
Who knows exactly what and why we change the diff serv settings under the Gatekeeper. I had some VoIP issues with a SCN over a LAN and Avaya had me change the signalling to 34. just wondering has a document that explains in detail when to use differnet settings for the QoS.

i get an error when trying to add service pack 7 for Exchange 3.6 it says to login as the the blackberry account locally. i am logged in as that account and i dont have an option like most PC's for a local machine login. im running SBS2003. can anyone help me? thanks.
have you upgraded the IP Phones? i had the same problem and it didnt matter wich codec or DTMF setting was used. upgrading the firmware on the phones fixed it for me. this was pre 3.2 so maybe that will fix it too.
Is it possible to save speed dials on IP phones? were going to switch a bunch of phones from static to DHCP and was wondering if there was a way to keep all the memory. i can do this on the ECG CM Phones using a FTP server.
