CLAN Issue

Anyone seen this?

I'm setting up a Prologix with CM1.3. I'm trying to install a TN799DP CLAN.

The card is in, no errors reported and the board responds to ping requests.

The problem is that is ALL the board responds to. No ASA connections, no switch link integration in Audix, nothing...

I've tried replacing the board with no luck...I'm going to try moving the card to a different slot, but I'm not holding my breath....

In the software I've disabled and re-enabled the IP Services, the IP-Interface, the data module all without any results...

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

What firmware is on the board?
by any chance are you replacing an older TN799 that was in that slot?

Found the problem...the VLAN setting on the IP-Interface was set to 1 instead of N.
