I have a unique problem. Our 3904 phones for secretarys are setup with their attorney lines.
If Sue has Joe's extension on her phone and she dials his extension the name display shows Joe's name for a split second and then Sue's name appears even though the call does go through...

We have had Call Pilot 5.5 installed. We are in pilot testing stage before we move our personnel from Octel to Call Pilot.
We have been able to have our messages appear in Outlook by using Desktop messaging.
But we cannot get the forwarding to Outlook to work. I get the following notification...
We just setup Call Pilot. When a user is setup for Desktop Messaging, the Login window for Call Pilot appears twice instead of once.
So you have to login twice. Also cannot remember your password is grayed out.

We just had TM installed and Common Network Directory created by retrieving the CPND names on the switch. Everything was fine except we had some issues loosing addons on 3904 phone configurations. So TM was reinstalled.
The vendor used LD95 to add several missing cpnd names but unfortunately...

I have an Option 81C with Octel 250 Voicemail.
Yesterday morning there was a power surge in the building which caused 2 of my controller cards to get hungup. My vendor reset the cards within an hour.
My issue is that I am getting calls from users that they had voice messages from yesterday...
