I have a user who created a certificate in MSPublisher; cut and pasted the whole image into powerpoint; then cut and pasted that image from powerpoint into word. Now when we try to create a pdf (we have a full version of Acrobat)all that converts is half of the background that initially came...

In you Contact folder; click "View/Current View/Customize Current View.
In the View Summary box; click the "Field" button.
In the Show Fields box...
