Here's a quick check to see if its your mb that needs to be replaced....if you see the word "PORTWAY" across the top middle edge on the board or if you see PW810 in the Main Config Menu, then its probably your board. I'm dealin with several of these right now.

Importing gets started. Then at some point it fails and sends back a message stating that the NCM keycode isnt in the BCM. Even though it has been verified by several people as to being installed.

I'm having an issue importing some of our sites into the NCM. We upgraded the NCM from 3.0 to 3.6 and we are still having issues importing. It doesnt matter whether the BCMs are at 3.0 or 3.5 or 3.6. We have been able to import some at all of those releases. Any ideas?

Does anyone know where to locate BCM patch information? On the 3.5 you can get the patch information by going thru UM>Product Maintenance>Syst. Info> Syst. Inv.>Patches.....However that doesn't work for the earlier releases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
