I installed an ipflex and the fax/credit card machines wouldn't work as well. ATT "said" that they changed the protocol from g.729 to g.711 and the fax/credit card machines worked fine after that.
I'm not quite sure how to do that. Doesn't the overflow have to be a calling group? I tried to put the overflow scenerio on the workbench to forward to an extension, but it wouldn't take it.

Any idea why the daylight savings didn't occur on this release. Doesn't it follow the time of the pc? PC time is right, ipo is 1 hour ahead. Rebooted ipo, and pc, no change.

Although they swore up and down that they are a 5ess switch, att custom, changing my switch type to dms-100 took care of it. Go figure. Thanks for the responses.

Just upgraded to 4.0.10. When I hit 9, 3 seconds or so go by before I hear secondary dial tone. No Call Forward or DND is on. I can still go ahead enter the number after I hit 9, though. If I wait the 3 seconds before I here the dial tone, it's too late, it will time out. What up wit dat?

I think I already know the answer, but will be connecting a new ipo to an older one via vpn. Both will have seperate vmails. Do they need to be the same release? No special characteristics of scn are needed. Just dial an extension on the other side. Thanks
