Help!! I have setup the main number to ring to a AA. From the AA you can press 1 and go to a calling group 771. My problem is that the DLC operator is not ringing. If she is logged in and no one else is it goes to overflow to the VM.
Thanks for help.....
I did go under there. What I found was that I was prompted to enter another calling group or a QCC. They would like it to go to an extension with VM.
Thanks.
I have customer that would like to be able to # out of the que and have the caller go to an extension then VM if not anwered. I am pretty sure that I need to enable Prompt-based overflow but cannot find where to enable this. Is this workable. It is a MM R2.1.
Thanks.
I have a customer that has a Merlin Magix systme in one location. They would like to network 5 other locations and use centralized voicemail (Merlin Messaging). I am not sure how the setup of this would go. Any help would be great, thanks.
I have a customer with Merlin Legend R7. They are using caller ID and would like to know if there is any way to view caller ID information if they are on the phone and a second call comes in. I know that you can do this on the Partner system with Caller ID Inspect.
Thanks for any help you can...
I have customer with a Magix system currently. They have another location they are looking at buying a Magix for and would like to network them and use centralized VM using Merlin Messaging. I know that I need a point to point T1, any other things I should be aware of? Any help on this would...
I have a couple customers using Merlin Messaging R2.5 V13, both of them are having problems with delayed voice messages and skipping within the message. Thanks..
Any calls that come from another CO are fine. It happens on all lines. There is also another company with a Partner system and VS in the same town that has the same problem when receiving calls from that CO.
Anyone hear of this? Anytime someone leaves a message that comes through a certain CO the message starts out fine and then the volume will cut in and out throughout rest of message.
I will be setting up call accounting software to Merlin Legend SMDR port. I am not sure what I would need to program on the Legend side of things. Any ideas?
Does anyone know if you can network a Magix with a Toshiba? They want to be able to transfer calls between two locations. Both locations will have their own lines, but at night they would call forward the Magix to the Toshiba.
Thanks.
