DLC in a Calling Group

Help!! I have setup the main number to ring to a AA. From the AA you can press 1 and go to a calling group 771. My problem is that the DLC operator is not ringing. If she is logged in and no one else is it goes to overflow to the VM.
Thanks for help.....

Do you have the overflow thresholds set properly?

They are working fine. It is only the DLC extension that is not ringing.
