    configuring a new 3904 phone...?

Thank you all for the help. And mluckie1, I believe you were spot on accurate. Turns out given our current software version on the switch, we can only accomodate 3904 release 6 or 7. The New 3904's we just got, are Release 3. I was told there might be a chance we could perform an up issue to...

Well, I am going to guess that since we have them operating in our environment, that statement is flawed. We have only had 3904's here.

    configuring a new 3904 phone...?

Hi all. We are using 3904's with our Option 11 switch here. If we take one 3904 and move it from one TN to another TN, to another, the phone works fine, the buttons stay programmed (Transfer, forward, message, etc), but we just recently got Brand New 3904 phones in and now all those buttons are...

Hi everyone, I need some assistance. We have three Loops (1,2 and 3) and for some reason alot of them get locked (LCK0) out and causes us to experience sporadic dropped calls. If I do a STAT on the Loops, I can see many LCK0ed lines, particular on LOOP 3. My question is, how can Disable and...

Maximum number of DN's in a Distribution List?

Thank you for your response. However I am not referring to Personal Distribution Lists. I am referring to Public Distribution Lists. The DL's that everyone has access to. The one's that are set-up in Meridian Mail at the console itself. Thanks.

mapping 4-digit extension to a 11-digit long distance number

Hi all, I would like to map a 4-digit extension (1234) to one of our other offices in a different state. I would like the 4-digit extension to actually dial the full 11-digit number (1-222-333-1234). I know this is possible but I have never programmed this before. We have an Option 11C unit, and...

    ACD not working

If queues=ACD numbers, then the answer is no, you can not reach an ACD number from the outside either.

    ACD not working

Hi all. This morning it has come to my attention that all numbers in ACD do not work. When you call an ACD number it just sits there for lack of a better word. The correct name is displayed on the phone but it does nothing. No busy signal, no ringing, it does not disconnect; it just sits there...
