Franklin and edfair were right. What you are looking for is called a KVM (or Keyboard Video Mouse) switch. and Yes, they do support USB KB & Mice.

You noted that you have rebooted your server in 2 years. I suggest that you reboot the server periodically to clean any memory leaks and cached info as well.
