do a show mac on the switch.. get the mac of the machine connected to the port. go to the router in the segment and do a show arp. the arp table will tell you the ip address and mac address of all machines that have communicated with the router. just match up the mac you got from the switch...
based on the error message you get when dialing the number from the outside, it seems that you do have a dial peer problem. your dial peer config should look something like this.
