I am trying to figure out how to change the size of the ticks on a line graph. I have changed some of the properties under the X-Axis properties but it does not affect the report.
I am using Crystal Reports v. 8.5. I have created a report in landscape view which prints fine from my side. However, I have users running the report from a compiled executable on a central server and when they run it, it comes up in Portrait view. They can change it on the print setup button...
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to call an FTP from within an Oracle stored procedure. If so, how would this be done. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
I am using CR 8.5 on an Oracle 8i database. I have a main report which gives me all of the values that I need except for one which is the "Available Credit". I have determined that I need to use 2 subreports and find the difference between these to derive the "Available Credit". Also, one of the...
I have a report that consists of a Page Header, 3 group headers and footers, 1 detail section, and 3 Report Footers. There is a subreport in both Report Footer B and

I compile the reports in Crystal by going to the Report drop down and choosing Compile Report. This creates an executable of the report. The users are mapped to the location where the Crystal report, the crf file, and the executable are located. They run it from thier machine.

if {?Run Date Range} <> {?Run Date Range} then...
I am making sure that I have the ODBC connection to the production database when I compile the report but when I run the compiled executable it still defaults to the original database.
Thank you for your response. I have tried logging into the production database and compiling it from there but it still defaults back to the database that it was originally created from.
I have some Crystal Reports 8.5 executables that my users will be running. The problem is that when they run the executable the database and login info automatically defaults to the database that was used when the report was created. Since this is a test database and we will be extracting data...
