All 0E is a confilt between the G-card and the sound card check your IRQ's in "MSINFO32.EXE" and look under the confilct and sharing area. Then go into your BIOS and reconfigure the problem.
What G-card and soundcard do you have? Goto "run" and type "MSINFO32.EXE" and go into the conflics and sharing area, it is most likely a IRQ conflict with the two cards.
Go into MSINFO32 and see if you have any hardware conflicts. If you do change it in the bios. If there is no conflics reinstall you soud card driver, and G-card driver.
Just to let you know that is a common problem with win98SE The blue screen of death if you have win 98 1st ed. install that. For some reason Microsoft will not own upto there falts whats new.
