    I've never actually tried this, but you might try using this: [forms]![ins report form]![indata].text. I think it is trying to actually use the text box control as the data source. If you use the text property of that control, it may use the value of what's in the text box.

    Form Options

    Make sure you do not have any extra "grey" area to the right of the form in design view (the form that you intend to use as a subform). Then set the Auto Resize property of this form to yes.

    Excel 2000 formula - Formula cell reference changes

    I've never seen this happen, but you can try using $B$22/$C$22. The $ tells the formula that these are constant cells. Just be careful if you try to copy the formula down to other cells, it will not automatically change the formula to use the next row/column.

    Try going into the design view of the linked table in Access. Then right click anywhere where your fields are listed and choose properties from the menu. You should be able to get some information about the link.
