Hello...
I am currently trying to figure out how to change an option for a form. When I ran the form I get a list with 7 columns and a lot offff blank space after that, to the right of the form that is. How do I limit the blank space from showing up. I would like to limit this as this form will be used as a SUBform and when you scrolll across the users will just see once again this grey area. The form in Design mode is only 5.5" in size.

One other question...
How do I change the ruler to cm.

Thank you all......Rocco

Make sure you do not have any extra "grey" area to the right of the form in design view (the form that you intend to use as a subform). Then set the Auto Resize property of this form to yes.

I do not know what you mean dtheriot!!!
When I created the form in Design View access gave me a all the gray area automatically - up to 22" in the horizontal ruler bar. I am not sure how to change this if this is what you mean.

Ohhhhhhhh I figured it out...!!!
In the form property I had the..

Default View......Datasheet
Views Allowed.....Datasheet

This should be...!!!

Default View......Datasheet
Views Allowed.....Both

Thank you.......................
for the responce..........Rocco.
