OK.. this may be a silly question.. but I am at a loss... is there a way to have a phone automatically dial an extension when the set is pickup up? so the user does not have to dial anything?

OK, did some more testing and the phone will forward if diealed from an internal phone... so call just the extension.
It fails if you call the main number from an external number, and try to put in the extension. Could this be a Callpilot problem?
