What steps do i need to take to add DID's to a non local dial plan. Customer has two Merlin Magix with point to point PRI. Currently 12 extensions are being routed to distant end. Two customers are moving to other facility and would like to keep their same DID.

i went into system monitor and only 2 ports show up. We swapped the positions of the 2 cards in the system but i only get two ports to work no matter what i do.

that's what i thought, any idea where to get replacement cards. Don't see any vendors listing them online. Ports 3, 5, and 7 when plugged in kill dial tone and most other ports just ring and ring. Only get a prompt on 2 of 12 ports from what I can tell. Thanks

I don't have the manual in front of me but you need to find out what Auto Attendant is assigned to that extension and assign that AA to something else. Or check your General Mailbox owners, ex:General mailbox 9997 may be assigned to extension 100 or whatever the ext. is.
