Thanks, It is related to Qseg trunk group parameters it would seem. Heres the problem, when a NJ user calls NY, then someone in NY calls a NJ user, then we get the camp-on message. It does not happen when NJ calls twice to NY.

How would this command be issue?, We have two other sites that we talk with via Qsiq connection. When someone made a call they immedialty got the camp-on response. Will this feature activate when all the ports on the qsig are being used?

Can anyone direct me to where I can find information on the camp-on feature of the PBX. or maybe someone can explain it to me on how this become active?

Where would like to find if this feature is turn on my PBX? any hints?

This option allow user to either request a call back when far user hangs up his phone, or just hangup. Is there a setting that turn this feature on?

User call someone that's on the phone and get's send to coverage path of V/M, then he get a message from octel that yopu can either camp on or call back. Can someone tell why is replying this way instead of going directly into mail box?
