Heres the problem, when a NJ user calls NY, then someone in NY calls a NJ user, then we get the camp-on message. It does not happen when NJ calls twice to NY.
How would this command be issue?, We have two other sites that we talk with via Qsiq connection. When someone made a call they immedialty got the camp-on response. Will this feature activate when all the ports on the qsig are being used?
Can anyone direct me to where I can find information on the camp-on feature of the PBX. or maybe someone can explain it to me on how this become active?
User call someone that's on the phone and get's send to coverage path of V/M, then he get a message from octel that
yopu can either camp on or call back. Can someone tell why is replying this way instead of going directly into mail box?
I just turn on the on-hook feature on my PBX, but I notice that it works with all the lastest model phone but with the old model phones such as (7406)it doesn't work. Can someone tell why? or how I might get it work?
