    The phone appears to forward, but when you call the number we are getting "the call cannot be complted as dialed...". Yes, it is able to forward local, but not long distance. I also tried with the ACOD and I still get the same results.

    They are all hunting correctly. I confirmed that on every phone. It just seems that if more than 6 people call at once, they get that "out of service" message instead of a busy signal.

    I have an 800 number is connected to 5 different lines that rollup to each other as callers call in. The problem I am having is that if too many people call in at once the lines are not ringing busy, they are just getting a continuous ring or a long drawn out noise. I have RCO set at CFNO.

    I did find a couple ACD Ques that after they go to a voice mail and it says there is no voicemail set up, it says transferring to an attendant and it goes to another number within our office. I can't see that number anywhere in the ACD Que when I print it. How can I find out where this is set up?
