just create a document with the swatches you want and save it as you would save any document. import your swatch library with Window > swatch libraries > other libraries... browse to your swatch file and presto.. you have your swatch library available in your new document :) Rotbol

when opened in photoshop look in the channel palette. there you will have 5 channels; cmyk (composite), cyan, magenta, yellow and black. pick the magenta channel, CTRL+A (mark all), delete. same goes for cyan channel. best regards Rotbol
