    Is this the same for the 8150? I had the same error 55.A this morning. The printer was running like it was printing, but nothing was coming out. I power cycled the printer and it has not returned yet.

    Problem print Card Stock

    Different trays handle weights of stock. I think on the 5si, tray 1 can handle up to 60#, but other trays can only handle lighter stock. A user manual should explain this.

    This message means the right jetstack heater is running away, but not sure how to resolve it. Thanks for any help.

    Phaser 340 350 Error 4,005.44

    This seems to be a common error at my customers site. What I have found is the Drum Maintenance Clutch is failing. The part number for this clutch is 401-0710-00 This will also work for the 360. I forgot to list it above.
