It sounds like your carrier is loosing your caller ID in translations. Check your CLID also.

Are these call's in a particular loop or shelf. If your not sure, trac some call's or take note of the DN's and check. Maybe, if it is a loop you can start trouble shooting cards.

It sound like you have pointed this DN to your long distance trunks some how. I have also had the same problem when I call the Main #, I hear it ring but it does not ring on the phone. I had to, in my case out both TN's at the same time and rebuild them.

Check your history. Something during the day or when it runs midnights is throwing a minor alarm up on your console. It could be anything.
