I have a user that is complaining of getting meridian mail messages the day after they are recorded, or they are getting a MWI on the message the next day.
I work for large health care network in Austin. We have the same problem. Sometime msg's will show up a day later and other times 2 weeks later. I have been researching this for 2 years now and have come up with 0. SBC can not figure it out either. I think it something to do with our/your voicemail disc storage space. If you try to clear out old mail boxes and old auto attendants it may help. Also try switching the user to different NODE.
NOTHING HELPS,AND OF COURSE ETAS TRYS TO PUT THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER. NOT EVERY MERIDIAN MAIL DOES IT BUT I'VE HAD PRETTY GOOD LUCK WITH REL 13 BOXES
