    winnt sometime has tough time recognizing some scsi adapters look for the atapi driver during the setup that is ide-based, try the s key and choose the atapi 1.2 driver. upgrade might be in order. you may have to replace it with a hcl recommendation.

    Wouldn't fdisk erase all files /no log on/no way to back up files/lose all? In a sense the app boots up to a point, so the prob is possibly in the apps middle boot process? Could be missing boot files that might have been previously erased or a regedit misshap, setup minus format is certainly...
