    Not sure what process you are going through. When we moved from 4.3.6 to 5.x.x it was an Upgrade - the applications did not need to be physically moved anywhere. Can you explain a little more, are you installing it on a completely separate server?

    are you trying to hold it offline on a drive on the Reporting Server? Or, are you trying to hold it offline on your local PC?

    If it's actually a Data File then it won't work. but if its a report, you may already know this but... You don't have to do a FileDef, you could say ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF ... or WP or XL and it will open locally within that program, or plugin within your browser - then you can save it
