Thanks again PDQBach, I've had time to delve into this and your suggestions have proved useful. As you say, it doesn't produce a gantt chart, so the people I'm trying to satisfy are still in need, but for the project office it will be very useful.

No, they are not all the same. :) There are 9000 lines and my example is deliberately simplified. I can't post actual extracts as the information is owner by the client and is confidential. I will try and create a more meaningful sample and post an attachment.

Yes - I get this too. Saving locally works and is fine for some people. But if working with web images on a development site it doubles development time. I can;t find a workaround - be very interested in any solutions
