well, im using ipcc express as the auto attendant..the issue is im somewhat not familiar with this scripting thing. also, another thing has popped up...im using g729 and the prompts are g711..for my custom prompts i just CANT record it like normal..whats the normal practise..or what sound...
yeah the message waiting indicator is on the ccmadmin...it says feature not available...i just finished the config on the unity and the MWI works...so i suppose it just does offer what type of prompts you might want on the device..the light is good enough so thats more or less solved..
