urgent request call accounting

hey

any ideas on a good call accounting solution that would integrate with ccm 4.0 ?.. i saw some on the cisco site but the options doesnt specify the new call manager..any help would be appreciated.

note: not a full ipt solution. will be using ccm4.0 as well as analog phones connecting to a vg gateway...need call accounting for all systems....thanks again..awaiting a response

i spoke to cisco and they recommended avotus...so..we are going with that...there are soooooo many things to learn with voice huh..geez..its great..lol....thanks again
 
I assume you are looking at Cost View.. Not a bad product.. But something that can definatly be written in house If you have a DBA on staff..
 
yeah...actually we are looking for something to provide good call accounting but not too expensive..putting in a tender thats why...
 
Honesly just export you CDR tables to another SQL box and runs Crystal reports on them with the queries that you need. You can even go as far to intergate into AD or DC directory to get user/department info.
 
Try AtComm. Ciso recommended this also, They sell the same product CPE or as a hosted service. Neat thing about the hosted service is you can buy for a workgroup and only pay for that rather than the entire company if that is all you need. Been around a long time. The outsourced version is simple to set up and you can have a free trial
 
Avotus is the best, especially the ICM enterprise solution if you can afford it. Otherwise the Avotus Pro is real good too
 
I prefer the RSI solution (Shadow CMS). It is far more cost effective than Avotus and great support.
