I have corrected the first name throughout the registry and
I have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2000 with the correct first name and still when I open any of the office
programs the incorrect first name still appears.
I am using a workstation which has Windows NT 4 OS and I am
getting a message stating Windows Installer cannot be accessed which is preventing me to use any office programs
I tryed to re-install Office 2000 but same message pops up
when I run the setup, any ideas on what to do about this?
When re-loading Windows 98 OS I get this enclosed exporer
