I have a Norstar T7316 telephone and the mw light will not go out. I have logged on and there are no messages. There is nor MSG prompt in the display window. I have received new messages and logged on but the light won't go out. What can I do to get the light off.

Phoneguy55, In our programming the "SET PROCSTAT 0" is set correctly. The only difference is our's doesn't have ## proceeding it. Is this needed??? Thanks for your help.

something is making the standard mute reset procedure not work on my IP sets. When I press mute or hold and the commands nothing happens. Also when I unplug and replug the phone I never get the "* to Program" option. DHCP and the TFTP server are set up. Any ideas??? Thanks
