    If a Line is forward to the AO. how to disable it ?

    I have this problem. One line automatically is answered by the AO(automatic-operator). I mean automatically is forwarded to the FLASH. I check on the Line Access and on the Line setup and everything is OK. What do I have to check or do to disable this? thanks, Sergio
