    We had this on a restore and we found that on the restore page, general tab, it was choosing a device (tape drive) that didn't exist and was listed as off line. Once we set it to choose the correct tape drive, it worked.

    I wan't to configure GroupShield but I can't find my Groupshield 4.5 for Exchange 5.5 properties object in Exchange. Is it hidden somehow? I tried to create a new one but it said that it already exsists so I couldn't create it.
