Running a Nortel CS1000 using Verint (Nortel branded version) and need an NES Custom Adapter aka Unify in order to utilize the API to write information from the Verint database to our CRM.
Does anyone have this adapter software. Nortel/Avaya tells me I should have gotten it years ago when I...
If there is a 1 call in queue the second call still goes into queue instead of giving a busy tone.
Script validates fine.
Maybe I dont know what I'm doing.
I just want to set it if I have 10 agents on calls then I only want 10 in queue and the next caller to get a busy.
I would change this...
New to scripting.
Want to say if call in queue > XXX then give busy
The script I have just keeps queing the calls
IF QUEUED CALL COUNT Training >1 THEN GIVE BUSY

We had replaced the media gateway card and eliminated the dead air issue but got terrible incomming voice.
We put the old gateway card back in and everything works great I dont even get any packet loss messages.
Ok we replaced the media card and so far no dead air calls,
however we now have poor voice quality on TDM to IP calls only, the IP to IP are crystal clear. Working on tweaking the Qos settings to see if this resolves the problem.

Bandwidth as far as I can tell is clean. We have the T1 segmented with 384k for voice and 768k for data.
We do see some packet loss showing up on the switch but with 3.0 I understand that may not mean anything.
There is no Qos which we are getting ready to implement, this may be the whole...

In call pilot I can do a trunk to trunk transfer from a menu option. But when I try a trunk to trunk transfer in symposium I see the call leave the switch and the external number rings once and I get a message that the call cannot be completed at this time. Whats the differnce in what I'm doing.
The telco can but there is some setup time and cost associated with this. Our customer only wants to do a % allocation for a few weeks during the transition.
