Is it possible to add voicemail to an acd telephone. In our reseervations dept ext 5100 is the acd line it is on key 0. On key 3 i have a regular extention 5037

What DNC16 said works well. i work in the hotel industry and we have all phones in the building setup that way (except guest rooms. Just remember to change the active codes somewhat often.
