I need help adding voicemail to a M3904

Is it possible to add voicemail to an acd telephone. In our reseervations dept ext 5100 is the acd line it is on key 0. On key 3 i have a regular extention 5037

Key 3 scr 5037
I have enabled cfna in class. and it works for every other telephone in the bldg so everything should be right in ld 15. the fdn is set to 7000 which is mer mail. Am i missing anything. This is the only phone in the bldg that is acd and needs voicemail.

I am sorry,
When i call the dn 5037 it does not forward to voilcemail.I just rings forever and ever.

Is this the only appearance of 5037?
if not is 5037 MARPed on this phone?
Also did you set up a mailbox in the mail system? (this will not cause a problem with the forwarding, but it does have to be done before it will work)

it's a little harder then a non-acd, you'll need to print the tnd, disu the set, nul key 0, that will take several keys off of it. then do a change to add cls fna hta mwa agn and put the deleted keys bacj on plus the mwk key, and hunt xxxx fdn xxxx... you've got voice mail... doing a simple change is never a good idea on an acd phone, if you have symposium, the set MUST be deacquired before you touch it. in that case out the set and put it back in, per nortel

It could be something as simple as his LHK being too low. Your lhk should be 3.

Thank you all!!!!!! It worked like a charm. I was unable to change the current telephone. I just outted the old one and created a new one. Thanks Again for all your help
