    The terminal server is not part of a domain. The users are setup locally and permissions are set locally. Each user does have a unique ID. If a user is part of the power users group would that be the problem? Peace Brenter

    I would recommend Veritas Backup Exec, the off the shelf package does not come with the Exchange component necessary for a brick level backup. I have used a variety of backup softwares and by far Backup Exec is the best and friendlies to work with. Brenter
