    Limiting dimensional data that is only relative to the fact data?

    The only way I know is to build a local dimension directly from the fact table (where necessary include dimension info with the fact info). This way if the dimension level exists in the facts then it will be included Andrew

    I don't think there is a download unless you are a MSDN subscriber, you need to order the CD. see http://www.microsoft.com/sql/reporting/howtobuy/default.asp#existing Reporting Services isn't supported on WinNT just Win 2000, 2003 or XP Pro

    Have you set up the roles on the Analaysis Services database (right click ..manage roles)? The foodmart sample database usually has an 'all user' role already set up
