Why does my comp d/c as soon as it verifys user name and p/w?
1. did u try to disable the "enable error correction" option in the settings of the modem? (modem --> properties --> connection --> advanced) 2. did u delete "windows family" from network settings and put "client 4 microsoft networks" as the primary domain logon... -
Port already open error
do u have any other programs that might use that port (fax software etc)? they may also cause that error
