I assume that the E-mails you need to send are standard E-mails with certain parts which are variable (e.g. Job Number, result). I have had a similar situation; the necessity to follow-up items if no response. My solution was to use Access to manage the E-mails through VBA. You will obviously need some means of indicating whether or not a reply has been received; I do not know of any way this can be done easily within...- malccoop
