please help me-

i have tree of managemnt team

a- enginner
b sr.engineer
c- manager,

i am sending a mail to engineer, How this mail can forward to sr.enginner if i have not receive any reply from engineer within 10 days. and so...on.

can any one help me.....

I have had a similar situation; the necessity to follow-up items if no response. My solution was to use Access to manage the E-mails through VBA. You will obviously need some means of indicating whether or not a reply has been received; I do not know of any way this can be done easily within Outlook.

If you or anyone wants a copy of my solution to a similar problem, I will be happy to send it by Email on request. Please be warned that my VBA programming is not elegant but seems to work.
