Whenever I switch out the tapes the tapes that I replace drop off and are no longer recognized. We have 8 tapes in the magazine...I replace the first 4 and after that only tapes 5 - 8 are shown. When I reboot the PC that this is all attached to the tapes all show up but show up as "Dismounted"...

I can't resolve this so I hope I can get some help here. We are running BrightStor version 11.1 and for some reason everytime I replace tapes the ones I take out disappear. What do I need to do to get them back? Thanks!

I am trying to add the 2006 calender holidays and for some reason they are not adding correctly. They will add the holidays for all the previous years but not for 2006. Another weird thing is everytime I try to add the holidays it produces multiple copies. Any ideas? Detect and Repair did not...

I had Outlook 2002 and upgraded to Outlook 2003 and for some reason the fonts in my signature are now screwed up. It inserts a line of space in between each line. I have no idea what happened....is there a fix for this? Thanks In Advance!

I stopped and started the print spooler to no avail and the only local policy is security based. Are there any registry keys that I am import that might fix this?

Ok...I am able to ping the printer and we are not having any issues with the print servers. I can't see the port info since it won't allow me to add a printer in any way shape, form, or fashion. The printer is attached to the print server and everyone can add any printer their heart desires...
