I had Outlook 2002 and upgraded to Outlook 2003 and for some reason the fonts in my signature are now screwed up. It inserts a line of space in between each line. I have no idea what happened....is there a fix for this?

Thanks In Advance!

My signature was mangled in a similar fashion when I upgraded to 2003 from 2000. I just edited it back to its original format. Will it not let you do that?

In other words,
Tools > Options
Mail Format tab
Click the Signatures button
Highlight a signature
Click the Edit button

First of all thank you so much for responding....I greatly appreciate it! It looks right in the signature settings but when it shows up in the email it still puts a space between each line.

Thanks!

A Google search rendered this suggestion...
For each line of text in the signature:
Place the insertion point after the last character in the line
Press Delete
Press Shift+Enter
OK

If that corrects the problem, evidently a theme or stationery is being used which utilizes double spacing.
