My suggestion.. which might not help, is if you have Photoshop, you shouldnt be using Publisher. Publisher is a low rent app by a company that obviously doesnt know a thing about page layout programs. Get InDesign... or at LEAST QuarkXpress. I would suggest InDesign though. Best program out there.

When you print, check all of your print settings. Make sure that your LPI is set to around 120 and your output quality is set to Maximum or something like that. Im not sure of the exact names but make sure all the "quality" type settings are set to max. Hope that helps.
