I've had that problem before, in my case as usual it was a Firewall setting, I can't remember the setting as I passed it to the Firewall chaps. Its something to do with Sip Provider sending a re-invite. Look at TCP or UDP Timers in Firewall. Oh and I think Sip ALG should be disabled...

Solved, all my own work I'm afraid. It doesn't help to be monitoring the wrong port. Found out by using 2 analogue phones, one at either end.

My first thought was a one way audio problem as they are using SIP Trunks, however I believe it happens on an internal calls as well which would rule out that theory unless they have some serious Networking problems.
