Hi All,
I've got a Customer experiencing a weird intermittent Voicemail issue.
DDI Calls come into Auto Attendant Mbox 701 and after choosing option 1 calls drop into Mailbox 702 where callers can leave a message. Intermittently whilst halfway through leaving a message the caller hears the Voicemail system say "Message too short it has been discarded" and the call clears. (the partial message has not been discarded though).
This is intermittent, and happens even when the call is internal. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
