If you're not familiar with policies do the following.

You cannot do that because every machine that you connect to their domain will genrate SID specifically/uniquely to that machine. Assuming you manage to create/install a fake domain and you connect it to their site. Their domain will check each SID of the new PC and if it will not be located...

To setup forwarders. Goto DNS mgt console. Right click server/properties/forwarders then enter ISP dns. If the forwarders grayed out. Goto "forward lookup zone" then delete then "." there, it will ask u a question blah blah blah but just go on and delete it.
