"Yes. Promote the NT PDC then your 2K server to DC. Your ech. BDC can exsist on the 2K network as is. If you want to make it a 2K server also, make sure you have SP3 for Exchange 5.5 installed. "
When you say "promote" do you mean upgrade the 4.0 server to win2k?
What if i add a new server as a BDC and then promote it to PDC ? therefore making my exchange PDC a BDC ? This will leave my WIN2k untouched.
