Cisco Call Manager 5.1 Hunt Group Reports

Anyone know of a way for Hunt Groups to report? We have 14 or so hunt groups and we would like to know how many calls each hunt group took and who answered the call in the hunt group. I'm not too impressed with the CDR Analysis & Reporting. Doesn't report what I want. Just to clarify, I'm...

Thoughts on Exchange 2003 cluster configuration

Thanks for your reply. Another question. I've pretty much received all the hardware for the test environment and am in the process of building it. How do I go about configuring exchange for a test environment? I can't seem to find many articles on the net discussing this. Obviously this...

    Group Policy Windows 2000, XP

So essentially I can put these adm files locally on my machine in lets say "c:\gpfiles\*.adm". Then I will have to load these files via GP Management and they will get embedded deeply in AD? Correct? Location doesn't matter?

Getting rid of Cool Web Search

What I usually do is boot the computer in Safe Mode. Before you do this, make sure you have the latest update file for Ad-aware. F8 is the option to boot-up in Safe Mode. Also, make sure you do this while your network cable is unplugged and select the option to boot up in Safe Mode w/o...

Windows XP SP2 Group Policy Security Center

Thanks...I wish MS would have a feature for this in GP. Is there a way to disable or turn off "Alert Settings" (from Security Center) through Group Policy instead of manually unchecking it?

Hey all, I have deployed Windows XP SP2 to about 10 machines in our Windows 2000 based network for testing purposes. Since we already have a 3rd party firewall solution (at the hardware level), I do not want the windows based firewall so I went ahead and disabled that. One thing I would...
