Only ONE of our users is experiencing a problem with oooa. Outlook tells us that oooa is on, but it will not autoreply to any messages sent internally or external from our exchange. I have read many threads and articles for this not working if "allow out of office responses" is unchecked in ESM, but this is not the case because he is the ONLY user having this problem, everyone else including myself can send messages with oooa on and the recipients will receive oooa autoreplies....

I have done all the latest office updates....no luck
I have "Detect and Repair" office....no luck
I have uninstalled and reinstalled office....no luck.

I have it, but can not put it up on the web anywhere...If anyone can open up a FTP site or something let me know...

keepsmilin456 I can put it up for FTP if you give me the file, sgiovanni at gmail dot com

For all those with this same problem, keepsmilin456 never emailed me the file, but it doesn't matter because YOU DON'T NEED CLEANSWEEP AFTER ALL! It turns out that another tool, MDBVU32.EXE works even better!

You can download it for free from here:

Then follow these instructions and your Out of Office will work again:

Sorry for the delay guys....I have sent sgiovanni an email with the cleansweep dll.

My OOOA works but only replies to internal e-mail address. IS there a setting I am missing to have it respond to all e-mails, internal or external?

Matt
